 Lymphatic Drainage Massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels. 

Using gels, tools, the practitioner uses a deep and rigorous strokes on problem areas such as back of legs, buttocks hips and thighs. Along with special tools and strokes a cellulite reduction gel is applied - the result is a reduction in the appearance of cellulite, a smoother surface and tighter skin.

"Acupuncture without the needles." This is a gentle and simple healing energy technique performed by our Certified Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner where hands are placed on the body (patient is fully clothes) onto specific Safety Energy Locks (SELs) to help harmonize and tune the body back to balance. 

Pressing on different acupoints on the body and especially under the feet allows the body to release tension, improve blood flow and relax muscles. Used  in conjunction with reflexology or acupuncture this alternative technique works on targeting organs and assisting meridian flows.
